T00K MY 2011 CARAVAN IN TO JEEP DEALER TO FIND OUT WHY VAN WAS HAVING A HARD TIME STARTING.WAS TOLD IT WAS THE MODULAR, AND PART WAS ON BACK ORDER, WILL COST 705 DOLLARS TO FIX BUT PART IS ON BACK ORDER AND THEY WOULD CALL WHEN PART CAME IN , MEAN WHILE THEY HAVE MY VAN, CALLED THEM TODAY, SINCE THEY HAVE HAD MY VAN FOR 2 WEEKS.

WAS TOLD PART IS STILL ON BACK ORDER, ASKED THEM ABOUT LOANER CAR WAS TOLD THEY DON'T DO THAT BUT I COULD RENT A CAR FROM THEM.WOW, RATE THEM ZERO
