Chrysler - Arbitration
My chrysler was repurchased I took my car and surrender it to the dealership that I was Instructed to.Thats when things went bad.
I wasn't treated right if you want to know more about what happened please call me (580) 704-5150 I did exactly what the arbitration told me to do I didn't try to hide anything at the time of surrender That was supposed to been an agent there there was not two car salesman Handler my surrender they mention a few hail dents on the car I knowledge that they said they were going to accept it anyways give me my check.Had me song all papers power of attorney title surrender Keys and title said if Chrysler had a problem with the dents they can fix them they said it was not there job to do that that they should have had a agent sent down plus since they got verification that the car is in their possession I should have been released from all obligations of the car konner the case manager didn't do his job and send an agent he trusted two cars salesman evidently didn't know what they were doing so I had to pay for everybody's mistake I would really like to discuss this matter with somebody with some Authority Because by the letters I get from Chrysler I'm supposed to be a valued customer right now don't feel too value I feel like I've been blackmailed if anyone should have been held responsible it should have been konnor or the car dealership I did what I was supposed to
