Car under warranty. Transmission failed. Took it to authorized dealer which did not provide a loaner car. Paid for rental car for almost a month until dealership finally said they had a loaner available. Two issues then:
1) Requested Chrysler to reimburse my cost with th rental. They refused stating rental was not part of the warranty. Well, their representative did not provide me with a loaner. What did they expect? That I just walked around the big city of Houston?!
2) Transmission replaced after 2 months. Car driven for 1-2 days and had to be taken back to dealership because transmission was defective. It has been almost 3 months overall and I have not received my car back. Customer service representatives don’t seem to care and are unable to provide answer to what an acceptable repair timeframe is on Chrysler’s perspective.
Horrible company altogether!
