Chrysler - Pacifica hybrid ***

Just bought a Pacifica hybrid. Was told that the 84 mpg boasted about was what I would get. Made it very clear getting good mileage was important for me. Had major issues with 2 days of buying car. Entertainment console reboots every 30 seconds. Really horrible metal grinding sounds coming from engine. Was told those sounds are normal and that the 25mpg I was getting is "normal". It's been in the shop for half the time I've owned it. Dealer won't buy it back. Great. Now I'm stuck with *** mileage and a car I'm afraid will break down while I'm in the middle of nowhere.

Chrysler denies warranty work

Pacifica transmission shifting hard or vehicle may not move at all. Radio stops working for days then starts working again. Paint is peeling on hood. Less than 40k miles and the vehicle is falling apart. Stay away from Chrysler products! Everything is a fight to get issues repaired. Why do you have to contact regional offices to get repairs done!

Having serviced my own vehicles my whole life I am not letting someone do that for my business either. I am super pissed that dodge boxed the frame and I now have to dump the oil filter in the engine compartment to get it out a tiny hole over the passenger tire. My 2012 ram diesels you could bring a full filter straight down. To the engineer that changed and continue to leave this *** poor design, if I go to trade or get a 2019 or 2020 ram and it's still that way in buying a Chevy or Ford
