Chrysler - Absolutely Horrible

I have a car that is two years old and having a known headlight issue that was deemed by a dealership as a manufacturer defect. When I brought this to the attention of Chrysler customer service they would not help and then said that an entire building of workers had no supervisor available. Apparently they have slacked in vehicle quality as much as customer service.

Chrysler - Problem with starting

I just purchased a 2011 town and country and it's giving me starting problem, engine whisling and water in front head light called dealer and took it to there garage. I'm a single mom of 3 kids with health issues my 8 year old has heart problem my 13 is autism, adha, and diabetic my 15 is diabetic. I need a reliable car.i myself have been having health issues. I'm so upset I just wanted a reliable car now I'm carless and can't get to all our appointments .

Chrysler - Horrible

I got them the buy out for my vehicle.from the old finance company I was dealing with but. Brampton chyrsler shorted them $107. And now they want me to pay the money the dealer shorted them on. I phoned dealer and got nothing but a run around. The vehicle it self isn't that great either. It was dirty the salesman never showed me any of the features. This is my first new car.very disappointing

Do not agree to arbitration. Find a Consumer Products Attorney and sue Chysler in a Superior Court. This way Chysler and Sericycle wont lie or cheat you.
