Took my 2015 Chrysler 200 into Mcdonald Chrysler Jeep in Big Rapids MI. with a concern about transmission shifting problems.

The carr will shift through all 9 gears within 150 feet and after stopping a mouth of driveway it won't down shift when I try to enter roadway it will hardly pull itself and then it will suddenly SLAM into first gear causing car to lurch into road. This has happened at stop lights and stop signs this was all explained to service manager at dealership. Service manager told me that if I wasn't getting any warning lights that there could not be any problem and that there was nothing that they could do for me short of trying to reset computer to factory settings.

This after taking car there for a safety recall that they said they found no problem with wiring harness for transmission and having computer updates done. This problem has not resolved itself and is still ongoing I feel that dealer will not touch it without a recall or preapproval from Chrysler

I didn't like: Service writer acting like i was a problem being there.
