I purchased a new motor from Chrysler (Muskegon, MI/Henry Street) and paid them to put motor in my Chrysler motor. Shortly afterwards, not even a year later, my motor goes out and they (Tim Kemmer, service manager) advised me to tow my car into the nearest Chrysler location (Plainfield, MI) I paid for towing....and the service person there told me that, according to the diagnostics, engine that I had purchased was not new, and that the oil in engine was sludged--the engine had worked hard to operate.
He stated that I would have to take it back to the Muskegon dealership.
I contacted the dealership in Muskegon and spoke with Tim and he stated that they were not going to cover costs of repair, and when I asked about the warranty that is still in effect, he said that it was denied.
