This is one of at least two complaints that I had had with this company. I come to have oil change and tire rotation on Sat 6/9/18. I left after paying for this service. My husband questioned if the issue with a tire nut/bolt that had been brought to my attention during my last oil change and tire rotation had been resolved. Due to that issue the tires were unable to be rotated..Your company was to order the part and I was to return later that week to have the tires rotated with the repair of that nut/bolt on said tire. I did not return to have that done. So on Sat. I assumed that it was resolved because I paid for a service that I assumed was performed. When I told my husband the tech never said anything about it, he looked at tires, and realized that the tires were not rotated. How we knew is that I had to replace driver front with a used tire several weeks ago. That tire was still in the same position. I called your company and was told to come in. Once I explained my position they agreed to rotate tires. Now I sit waiting for the original issue with said front passenger tire bolt/nut to be fixed (guessing they went out to find this part. Which means guess what? I PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED! I NOW QUESTION EACH AND EVERY SERVICE I HAVE HAD AT THIS GARAGE! I AM COMPLETLY IN DISBELIEF. I AM SO ANGRY!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH ABOUT THIS. I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD SO TRUST ME THAT'S A LOT OF PEOPLE. THIS IS THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAD EVER ENCOUNTERED. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO TRUST YOU EVER AGAIN!
