Wife's PT cruiser 30,000 miles and it developed the known crankwalk trust bearing failure.

Once this happens the motor is done.They said they would pay for repairs.

After towing it to dealer I get a phone call saying they wont pay for it.So 3500 dollars later its fixed.

They know the problem they even have a star case K93016699 technical bulletin.

Talking to Chrysler technicians they tell me it happens a lot more then they will ever admit.

They also tell me Chrysler is good for shuffling blame elsewhere and deny any fault.

So when you combine poorly designed cars with horrible customer service the consumer

is Screwed!!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $4500.
