My 2016 Chrysler 300C shift *** fell out of the bezel, after review the plastic mounts where the screws screw into are broken and some are split. I took this to the dealer and was told by the FCA rep.

that it was not a defect and someone must have struck the *** to hard, I asked the dealer if I could get this correspondence about striking to hard in writing but so far no luck only it is not a defect, they offered to replace the bezel if I paid $175.00 under good will, after paying thousands of dollars for extended warranties even though the car only has 15,000 miles and under factory warranty I felt this is just wrong. I guess my next step will be small claims court or hiring a lawyer.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $750.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Refusing to honor warranty.
