I ordered carpet mats for my 2009 sebering over 6 months months ago from Hilton Head Chrysler.
I have checked with the dealer constantly. They continue to tell me the order is still pending with no ship date.
Who or Where can I go or see to resolve this situation??
I am very dissappointed in the lack of service I have received from Hilton Head Chrysler.
I have friends in the area that have also experienced complications trying to do business with your local representative.
When can I expect my order? Either ship or cancel, one or the other.
I want to know NOW!
