Chrysler - The worst of the worst !
My brand new Jeep died (battery issues) in the middle of a busy Los Angeles intersection during busy Christmas season. I called Chrysler’s roadside assistance and told them that I was blocking the whole intersection, and that people were angry and spitting on me. After an hour of waiting I got a call from a manager who told me that “[my] case has now reached [her] desk. I told her to stuff it and called AAA. They sent me a flatbed within 20 minutes. Last week I called to speak with a manager at Chrysler roadside assistance to inform them about the delay and my issue. After being switched five times around and waiting 20 minutes on the phone someone took down my name and number with the promise that a high-level manager will call me back. As I expected, nobody did.

Chrysler in Fort Thomas, Kentucky - Not honoring warranty. Horrible service
After several years of Jeff Wyler service doing everything on our van they failed to honor the lifetime warranty. Chrysler customer care stated the warranty was up to the Dealer. However Jeff Wyler Chrysler failed to honor the lifetime warranty, The service advisor was unaware that Chrysler had a lifetime warranty at first. This was the first alert that there would be a problem with the transmission. My complaint is with the lack of service from the JEFF WYLER dealership and from Chrysler for not making JEFF WYLER honor the warranty.

Chrysler in La Mesa, California - 2013 ram 2500 6.7 diesel will not pass smog
My 2013 Ram 6.7 will not pass smog. I have 4 monitors that show not ready and will not clear. I am now going on 6 months pass due on my tags and can no longer get any extensions. The dealer can not help me just keeps telling me it can take thousands of miles to clear the monitors. I can no longer drive the truck or park it on the street with out a tag.
Chrysler in Spokane Valley, Washington - Pacifica hybrid ***
Just bought a Pacifica hybrid. Was told that the 84 mpg boasted about was what I would get. Made it very clear getting good mileage was important for me. Had major issues with 2 days of buying car. Entertainment console reboots every 30 seconds. Really horrible metal grinding sounds coming from engine. Was told those sounds are normal and that the 25mpg I was getting is "normal". It's been in the shop for half the time I've owned it. Dealer won't buy it back. Great. Now I'm stuck with *** mileage and a car I'm afraid will break down while I'm in the middle of nowhere.
