I have owned my van 3 months 2 months no air. I was on nation-wide back order.
Took over one month to get replaced (summer month). Can never get into the web site to pay my bill. After air was fixed my window swithed needed to be rep;aced. When a call customer service I speak to someone that has trouble with English and screww everything up.
I have been a loyal customer snice 1988 and thinking it is time for a change. I am not the only person with these issues within my own family.
When you spend a large investment on a vehicle you at least would like to have it more than the deal has it doing repairs.
