I'm wondering what happened to my case#25339240 dated July 18, 2014. The way it's looking right now the whole warranty thing is nothing but a scam. You would think if Chrysler offered a warranty with their vehicles they should honor it. My vehicle is still under warranty and if they don't want to honor it they should at least let me know not just ignore it. I think I'll drop a letter to the Detroit News Paper and let them know how they treat their customers. Maybe the Government should have a re-call program on warranty items that the Company just ignores. The link that is referenced below is totally useless, if you should be lucky enough to talk to a customer rep, they say they don't even know if they received the case# 25339240 or not. That's another department and there is no way to get in touch with that so called other department. Any help please.
