100 words cannot explain the frustration and ignorance of how Chrysler deals with its consumers and dealers. In particular paying $4500 for an extended warranty that almost excludes everything.

Florida is also the worst place for service - Please do not buy Chrysler products. You will be very sorry with service after you purchase it. A small situation turns to hours of frustration and incompetence. One dealer said my problem was just the way the car works another dealer had to replace a transmission problem.

How can they be so far off in their diagnoses from dealer to dealer. Every step from bringing the car in to be diagnosed and serviced is a problem.
